Frequently Asked Questions

I hereby consent to and authorize SHOTSBYP LLC to perform the service booked/selected. 

BOOKING: A signed contract and deposit of $50 is required to reserve the date and time of the service. The remaining balance is due immediately after completion of the service. If the service is postponed or cancelled; or if there is a breach of contract by the CLIENT, the deposit fee is non-refundable and shall be liquidated damages to The COMPANY SHOTSBYP LLC.

Health: If you arrive with any signs of illness (i.e. cold, flu, COVID-19, etc), your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged 100% of the service. Please cancel your appointment in a timely manner if you are not feeling well, have been exposed to someone ill, or are awaiting test results for an illness.No additional guest are allowed at appointments in the service room, or waiting area. ( UNLESS we agreed 24hrs Before Appointment ) 

ARRIVAL TIME & FEES : 

Please make sure you read the entire booking site prior to booking an appointment. The studio address is listed on the website as well as included in the confirmation email. It is the CLIENT’s responsibility to ensure you are within commuting distance of the studio or are willing to travel. Deposits WILL NOT be returned if the CLIENT failed to read the address and therefore is outside of commuting distance. 

All clients must arrive 5 mins early. If you have more than one outfit, come with first outfit on or you may come early to change. Start time is the time you selected on the booking site. 

( For example: If you select 4:00pm, we should be starting at 4:00pm . You have a 14 minute grace period. At 4:15pm a $50 LATE FEE will be assessed. Please notify me if you are going to be late. ) 6627106178

•If client did not notify staff or management of SHOTSBYP LLC of being late, and arrives outside of grace period this is considered a NCNS and charged 100% of service fee. 

15 Minutes Late : $50

30 Minutes Late : $100

•Please note if the payment card on file declines, SHOTSBYP LLC will reattempt charging the form of payment on file for up to 120 days after date of scheduled appointment. Any overdraft fees are not the responsibility of this business but of the signer of this agreement. 

Service Rendered:All clients are responsible for downloading all images directly after receiving the link . You will have 24 hours before the link expires . Once link expires the photos automatically trashed. 

•If Edits are purchased you are responsible for selecting the photos you want edited within 24hrs . 

I agree that by signing this Service Agreement, I am showing I understand all policies and procedures of SHOTSBYP LLC.
